Rapid temperature change rate of 5C/min to 15C/min with humidity test chamber

Rapid temperature change rate of 5C/min to 15C/min with humidity test chamber

DESCRIPTION

High stress of 5C/min~15C/min. This faster temperature (& humidity) chamber enables the application of high stress to the specimen at a rapid temperature change rate of 5C/min. or more. Due to the larger refrigeration system 5C/min. or more are achieved from -45C to +155C with the F-TH and F-HL models (with or without specimen loaded).

Instrumentation integrated into the door To minimize the required installation space for the device, the instrumentation section has been integrated into the door. The controller unit is integrated on a bright and color LCD interactive touch-screen system which provides easy controlling of the chamber.

Production Facility

Assembly & Workshop

Each chamber is assembled, wired, and functionally tested in our own facility before shipment.

Configurations

Two Control Modes & Optional Humidity

Match the ramp profile and humidity capability to your test standard — the chamber is built to your specification.

Linear Mode

3–20 °C/min with Full Linear Control

A constant ramp rate from start to finish. This is the mode used for standards that define a fixed rate per minute — for example, certain automotive and battery cycling profiles.

  • Adjustable from 3 to 20 °C per minute
  • Constant slope — no drift across the full cycle
  • Repeatable and comparable across tests
  • Preferred for qualification reports and audits
Nonlinear Mode

3–30 °C/min with Faster Peak Ramp

Ramp rate varies across the profile. This mode is used for accelerated stress screening, where the goal is to force failures as fast as the chamber allows.

  • Adjustable from 3 to 30 °C per minute
  • Fastest pull-down and pull-up performance
  • Suited for HALT-style screening and stress testing
  • Humidity function can be combined
Features

What This System Delivers

Speed

Up to 20 °C/min Linear Ramp

In practice: Compresses what would be a 3–5 hour gradual test into a much shorter cycle — without sacrificing the linear profile that standards require.

Coverage

Temperature + Optional Humidity

In practice: Run dry heat / cold cycling, or add humidity control from 20% to 98% R.H. without buying a second chamber.

Accuracy

±0.5 °C / ±2.5% R.H. Control

In practice: BTHC-based control keeps both temperature and humidity stable — including during high-speed ramp events where drift usually appears.

Flexibility

4 Standard Volumes, A~F Configurable

In practice: 150L, 225L, 408L, and 800L internal sizes, each configurable across A~F option levels — from basic cycling to full humidity control.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is the difference between linear and nonlinear ramp control?
Linear control holds a constant ramp rate from start to finish — 3 to 20 °C/min adjustable. Nonlinear control allows a faster peak rate of 3 to 30 °C/min but is not constant across the full cycle. Linear mode is used for standardized profiles; nonlinear mode is used for accelerated stress screening.
Is humidity control included as standard?
Humidity is optional. The standard humidity range is 20%–98% R.H. For the wider 10%–98% or 5%–98% ranges, a dehumidifier is required and must be specified in the order.
What does the A~F suffix on the model number indicate?
The A~F suffixes indicate configurable option levels on each chassis size. Options include humidity control, inner door with operation hole, water purifier, dehumidifier, and recorder. Send us your test profile and we will confirm the correct option level.
What is the lead time?
All chambers are built to order. Typical lead time is approximately 30–40 working days, depending on configuration and customization. Exact lead time is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you offer installation and commissioning?
All systems ship with export packing and an installation guide. Remote commissioning support is included for overseas customers. On-site installation can be arranged and quoted separately based on location.
What warranty is included?
Every system carries a 12-month warranty. Lifetime remote technical support is included. Extended warranty is available on request.
