ASLI Temperature, Humidity and Vibration Combined System Installation

ASLI has successfully installed a temperature, humidity and vibration combined test system, supporting reliability and environmental testing for electronic and industrial products.


This three-environment test setup integrates thermal cycling,humidity exposure and vibration testing into a single system. Compared with standalone test methods, the combined approach allows products to be evaluated under more realistic operating conditions, especially when temperature stress and vibration occur simultaneously.


In this project, vibration testing plays a key role in identifying structural and functional risks. During testing, products are subjected to controlled vibration profiles while temperature and humidity conditions are applied. This helps reveal potential issues such asloose connections, material fatigue, and performance driftthat may not appear in single-factor tests.


The system is designed to work with an external vibration table selected according to specific test requirements. Different vibration modes and levels can be applied depending on the product type and applicable industry standards. For applications that requireresponse-based vibration control, Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) testingcan also be referenced as part of the overall vibration evaluation, ensuring compliance with more demanding reliability criteria.
