Another batch of high-precision temperature and humidity test chambers has left our factory. Before loading, each unit was tested, calibrated, and documented. Customers are welcome to visit our factory for pre-shipment inspection — the equipment ships only after it meets the agreed test standard and customer requirements.
We are not the largest manufacturer, and we do not spend heavily on advertising or showroom-style facilities. Our resources go into R&D, production, and pre-shipment testing. This keeps our after-sales rate low and our equipment running in the field for years.
What Was Checked Before Loading
- Performance test: heating, cooling, and humidity stability verified with recorded data.
- Customer witness option: on-site inspection and acceptance before shipment.
- Moisture protection: protective film and anti-rust wrapping for sea freight.
- Export crating: ISPM-15 compliant plywood crates with shock-absorbing foam.
Why We Test Every Unit Before It Ships
Our after-sales rate is low because problems are found before shipment, not after installation. Every chamber is run through its working range, and the test data is kept with the shipment documents. If a customer wants to verify the unit in person, we arrange factory inspection and run the test profiles together.
This approach is deliberate. Instead of spending on large-scale marketing, we put the budget into engineering, component quality, and pre-delivery testing. It is a smaller, more focused way of working — and it is why our equipment has stayed in service for customers over many years.
Freight and Documentation
We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Each shipment includes test records, calibration certificates, user manual, wiring diagrams, and a spare parts list. Remote installation assistance and multilingual support are available.
If you are looking for a temperature and humidity test chamber and want to inspect the unit before it ships, send us your test requirements. We will arrange the factory inspection and provide the test data for review.
